Acceptance & Applicability of Terms

Account Creation, Security & Policy
- Each individual may register only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
- All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and your own.
- 4003 reserves the right to suspend or close any account created with false or inaccurate information, at any time.
- Users are solely responsible for keeping their account password confidential.
- If fraud, deception, or system abuse is suspected.
- If evidence of multiple account operation is found.
- In cases of bonus or promotion abuse.
- For legal reasons or upon instruction from the relevant authorities.
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
When using the 4003 platform, you are required to comply with the following:
- Use the platform for your own personal entertainment only. Placing bets or managing accounts on behalf of third parties is strictly prohibited.
- Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated means to manipulate the system is strictly prohibited.
- Exploiting any bug, error, or loophole in the platform for unfair advantage is strictly prohibited. If you encounter any such issue, please contact support immediately.
- The platform must not be used to harass, abuse, or harm other users.
Violations of these rules may result in 4003 suspending the account and forfeiting all balances without prior notice.
Payment, Transaction & Financial Policy
All transactions on 4003 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits can be made via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket.
- All deposits must come from your own personal account.
- Deposits from third-party sources or funds of unknown origin are not accepted.
- Minimum deposit limits are specified on the platform.
Account verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request.
- Bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal.
- Your first withdrawal may take longer to process.
- 4003 may carry out additional verification for any unusual transactions.
